Supervisor Kenny and the ladies from R2M Realty at a Girls Night out to Benefit the Center for Breast Health at Good Samaritan Hospital. Proceeds from the event make it possible to provide mammograms, MRIs and ultrasounds to uninsured and underinsured women.
Community Refrigerator Project at the Nyack Center
This week, Supervisor Kenny attended the Nyack Community Fridge Grand Opening at the Nyack Center. This is one of several community refrigerators stationed throughout Rockland County. The Proyecto Faro community fridge project seeks to put free, readily available food directly in the hands of anyone facing food insecurity.

Clarkstown’s Newest Eagle Scout, Thomas Battestin
Congratulations to Clarkstown’s newest Eagle Scout, Thomas Battestin of Troop 29. Supervisor George Hoehmann and Councilman Mike Graziano attended the Eagle Court of Honor at Street Community Center to present a certificate to Thomas. For his project, Thomas replaced several dilapidated wood benches around the pond, behind the Valley Cottage Ambulance Corp building with new metal and rubber coated benches on poured concrete. Great job Thomas on a wonderful and much needed project!
