In November 2020, six Rockland communities launched a clean energy program for residents and small businesses. Eighteen months later, the program has delivered over $3.83 million in cost savings to program participants. This program will renew in the fall. The Rockland Community Power program provides renewable electricity supply at competitive, fixed rates, with no contracts for consumers. The program gives each of us a way to reduce our carbon footprint, while capping electricity supply rates.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Upper Nyack will continue a public hearing on Thursday, July 14th, 2022 at 7:00 pm or as soon as practical thereafter, at the Old Stone Meeting House, 347 North Broadway, Upper Nyack, NY to consider Local Law #7 of 2022, a Local Law regulating parking on Village streets in the Village of Upper Nyack.
Members of the public may attend the meeting in person or online via Zoom video conference. Participants attending in person and online will have the ability to view the meeting live and ask questions or make comments. Please visit the Village’s website for the meeting link and registration information to access the meeting online.
A copy of the proposed law will be made available for review at Village Hall, 328 North Broadway, Upper Nyack, NY between 9am-12 noon and posted on the Village’s website- https://www.uppernyack-ny.us/
