Clarkstown’s Memorial Day Essay
Scholarship

The Town of Clarkstown is proud to announce the annual Memorial Day Essay Scholarship Contest presented by Anchor Trading. High School seniors are asked to write an essay describing “What Does Memorial Day Mean to You?” The award is a $5,000 scholarship and the winner will be announced at the annual Carry The Load Congers Rally to be held on May 2, 2022. Deadline to submit essays is April 22, 2022. Thank you to Sean Magee and Anchor Trading for sponsoring this generous scholarship!

The playground, basketball court and parking lot of Kings Park will be closed to the public for film production.
In the event that rain is forecasted for April 5th, the park may close on either Sunday, April 3rd or Monday, April 4th.
Residents are welcome to use the nearby park at Congers Lake Memorial Park located at 6 Gilchrest Rd, Congers. Thank you for your cooperation.
