Upper Nyack
Upper Nyack is a village incorporated in 1872 in the town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York, United States. It is located north of the village of Nyack, east of Valley Cottage, south of Rockland Lake State Park, and west of the Hudson River. The population was 2,063 at the 2010 census.[3]
Upper Nyack has a Village Hall and a village law court, located in the same building on North Broadway. Upper Nyack is also home to the Empire Hook and Ladder Company No. 1, established in 1863, one of eight fire companies in the Nyack Joint Fire District.

Due to technical difficulties – residents who are virtually attending tonight’s Board of Trustees meeting will not be able to address the board via Zoom. The Board of Trustees Regular meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting on Thursday, February 16th at 7:00 pm at the Old Stone Meeting House, 347 North Broadway, Upper Nyack, NY.
Trustees experiencing Extraordinary Circumstances who cannot attend the meeting in person may attend and participate in the meeting via Zoom video conferencing.

Info about Filming in Upper Nyack the Week of February 13th
There will be two separate filming projects located in the Village of Upper Nyack during the week of February 13th. Read below for information regarding these projects:
1) Filming will occur on Monday, February 13th and Tuesday, February 14th on 9W in Nyack at Village GateWay. Although this filming will not technically be in Upper Nyack, we have been informed by the police that there may be intermittent traffic control/traffic stops on 9W between Riverton Drive and 5th Avenue in Nyack.
2) Filming will occur on Monday, February 13th on Locust Drive. Film prep will occur Friday, February 10th. Filming will tentatively occur from 5 am to 5 pm.
Special effects which may impact residents are as follows: Generators.
Film crews will be parked on one side of Locust Drive.
