It is loose gravel in a pile – you must remove the gravel at your own expense and risk.
Upper Nyack
Upper Nyack is a village incorporated in 1872 in the town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, New York, United States. It is located north of the village of Nyack, east of Valley Cottage, south of Rockland Lake State Park, and west of the Hudson River. The population was 2,063 at the 2010 census.[3]
Upper Nyack has a Village Hall and a village law court, located in the same building on North Broadway. Upper Nyack is also home to the Empire Hook and Ladder Company No. 1, established in 1863, one of eight fire companies in the Nyack Joint Fire District.

The Village has surplus excess quarter-inch gravel (with organic material) which is available by request to the Village Hall.
To request please email village.clerk@uppernyack-ny.us with your name, phone number, quantity in cubic yards, and when you would like to come to pick it up (you must remove the gravel at your own expense and risk).

The Village of Upper Nyack will continue its 150th celebration with a Goosetown Block Party on Saturday, October 1st from 11am to 5pm on North Broadway in front of Upper Nyack Elementary School.
